Something Hands-On
As the saying goes: Paper is patient, but eventually, something real is needed. Machining forms the foundation of all lift tables and goods lifts. Here, all required components are cut to length and processed. Various machines are available for these tasks, from the automatic saw to the CNC milling machine.
Our cutting machine worker work closely with the design department and the steel construction. Precision in this department is crucial. The accuracy of the individual parts is a decisive factor for the quality of the scissor lift table in the end.
Precision mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in cutting technique
Your tasks:
- Operation of a CNC machining center
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs directly on the machine or, if desired, in the CAM system
- Consideration of tool corrections
- Contribution of improvement suggestions
- Production of small batch sizes for special products (no mass production)
- Work in single-shift operation (i.e., no late, night, or weekend shifts)
Your profile:
- You have good practical and manual skills.
- You are a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d).
- You are able to work precisely.
- Experience with Heidenhain controls would be desirable.
- You are interested in a long-term collaboration.
- A crane and/or forklift license would be desirable.

Your tasks:
- Cutting of steel profiles
- Performing minor modifications, such as chamfering of components for welding preparation and drilling work on the cut steel profiles
- Operation of a CNC sheet metal bender
- Operation of a plate shear
Your profile:
- You have good practical and manual skills.
- Converting units of length poses no problem for you.
- You are able to work precisely.
- Ideally, you have a vocational training in the metalworking field.
- Having a crane and/or forklift license would be desirable.

- Carrying out minor electrical work (e.g. connecting sensors)

- Carrying out maintenance work
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
- Good practical and manual skills
- At best, you already have several years of experience in the assembly of mechanical assemblies
- Previous hydraulic and electrical knowledge is desirable
- You have a class B driving license
