The legal basis for data protection is found in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or phone number. But data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been viewed by someone else are also considered personal data.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is legally permitted or if the users give their consent to the collection of data.
When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or email), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the security of the provider in case someone uploads illegal content in comments and posts (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider can be prosecuted or sued for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.
Users can subscribe to the follow-up comments. Users will receive a confirmation email to verify that they are the owner of the email address entered. Users can unsubscribe from ongoing comment subscriptions at any time. The confirmation email will contain instructions on how to.
We use the newsletter to inform you about us and our offers.
If you would like to receive the newsletter, we need a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided or that the owner of the email address agrees to receiving the newsletter. Further data is not collected. This data is only used for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.
When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address and the date of registration. Storing this data only serves as proof in the event that a third party misuses an email address and signs up for the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorised person.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. The revocation can be done via a link in the newsletter itself, in your profile area or by sending a message to the contact details above.
The provider (or his webspace provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data includes:
Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting illegal use.
This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's computer and which enable an analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by the user to the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the US where it is stored.
However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, the IP address of Google's users within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area will be truncated beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the US and truncated there. IP anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide other services to the website operator related to the use of the website and the internet.
An IP address transmitted from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not associated with other data by Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings accordingly; however, this offer points out to users that in this case they may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. Users can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent future collection of your information when you visit this site: Deactivate Google Analytics on the Janzen Lifttechnik website.
Our website uses the web analysis and optimisation service "Google Optimize", which is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google Optimize"). We use the Google Optimize service to enhance the appeal, content and functionality of our website by making new features and content available to a percentage of our users and statistically evaluating changes in usage. Google Optimize is a sub-service of Google Analytics (see section Google Analytics).
We use the "conversion pixel" or visitor action pixel of Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). By calling up this pixel from your browser, Facebook can subsequently recognise whether a Facebook advertisement was successful, e.g. whether it led to an online purchase transaction. We only receive statistical data from Facebook without reference to a specific person. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook Ads for statistical and market research purposes. In particular, if you are logged in to Facebook, we refer you to their data protection information at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/.
Please visit https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/if you want to withdraw your consent to conversion pixel.
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, is integrated in this website. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users. Because they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user without the IP address. The IP address is therefore necessary to the display this content. We make every effort to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no control over this if the third parties store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. If we have any knowledge about this, we will inform users about it.
This offer uses social plugins ("plugins") from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins can be recognised by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When a user calls up a website of this offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of Facebook. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates it in the website. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs users according to his state of knowledge.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins by pressing the Like button or making a comment, for example, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will discover and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymous IP address is stored in Germany.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him or her through this offer and link it to his or her membership data stored on Facebook, he or she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.
This offer uses the buttons of the Twitter service. These buttons are provided by Twitter Inc, 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. They can be recognised by terms such as "Twitter" or "Follow" in conjunction with a stylised blue bird. The buttons can be used to share a post or page of this offer on Twitter or follow the provider on Twitter.
When a user calls up a webpage from this website that contains such a button, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Twitter servers. The content of the Twitter button is transmitted from Twitter directly to the user's browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Twitter collects with the help of this plugin and informs users according to his state of knowledge. According to this, only the user’s IP address is transmitted with the URL of the respective website when the button is pressed, but it is not used for any other purpose than the display of the button.
