- For any damages to the unit caused by faulty materials or improper workmanship, our warranty is 24 months after delivery when used within the EU countries.
Outside the EU the warranty period is 12 months. - This service is limited to the supply of replacement parts ex works for use outside the following countries: Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and France.
This limitation to the supply of replacement parts ex works shall also apply to territories of the aforementioned states outside the European mainland. - The statutory warranty applies to purchased parts that are installed in our equipment.
- Warranty claims are forfeited in case of improper handling, neglected or negligent maintenance and care, as well as in the case of improper on-site installation.
