For optimal adaptation to various workpiece and body sizes, an adjustable-height workplace is highly beneficial.
A significant advantage of our lift tables lies in their robust construction, allowing them to securely support components weighing up to 10,000 kg. The electro-hydraulic drive ensures continuous height adjustment, enabling effortless and swift positioning of even heavy workpieces to the optimal working height.
Additionally, platforms with varying lengths and widths provide ample space for larger workpieces.
For comprehensive leg clearance, our scissor lift tables can be supplied with raised subframes. Another advantage of the raised subframe is that the entire lift table can be easily accessed, lifted, and relocated as needed using a forklift or hand pallet truck.
Work lift table as welding table
When welding workpieces on our lift table, several additional features are necessary for safe operation. An essential aspect is electrical grounding.
To eliminate the risk of electrical hazards to the personnel, we incorporate a ground cable between the subframe and the platform. This ensures a clean return path for the welding current and protects the operators from electrical body current when touching the platform. Additionally, all components of our welding lift tables are grounded, preventing welding currents from flowing through the control system even in the worst-case scenario, thus avoiding damage to the control system.
Another advantage is the grounding lug on the subframe. It allows the welding equipment to be easily and quickly connected to our scissor lift table.
Due to the release of hot welding beads and sparks during welding operations, it is essential to protect sensitive components of the lift table. For this reason, both the hydraulic drive unit, the piston rod, as well as the hydraulic hoses and electrical cables are mechanically shielded through enclosures. A high-pressure filter in the P-line provides additional protection to the hydraulic components against dust exposure from the steel construction.
Thanks to its robust construction, our welding table is highly load-bearing, allowing for the easy handling of heavy workpieces.

We are at home in the beautiful Emsland, more precisely in Niederlangen a member community of the joint community Lathen directly on the A31 motorway. This means that we are roughly halfway between North Rhine-Westphalia and the North Sea, right on the Dutch border.
Our region is known, among other things, for the various nature reserves, the well-developed cycle paths, the manufacture of cruise ships, as well as the headquarters of various distilleries.

Where are the lift tables and lifts produced?
With us, not only does the final assembly take place in Germany, but we also cover the entire production chain from construction through steel construction to final assembly in our plant in Niederlangen. With us you get a real 'Made in Germany'.

After ordering and the design phase, we are pleased to provide you with CAD models. Data exchange is possible in all common formats, including .stp, .dxf, .dwg, etc.
Where can delivery of the products be made?
We produce our lift tables and column lifts in accordance with European standards and guidelines. Accordingly, our sales area is limited to all countries that recognize these standards and guidelines (e.g. the members of the European Union, Switzerland and Australia).
