Variety of options in the design of the rotary platform
The assembly lift table shown is equipped with a manually rotatable platform that is mounted on a ball-bearing race. This allows for endless rotation of the workpiece placed on it. To minimize the risk of pinching, lowering is only possible when the rotating platform is aligned flush with the lift table platform. For this reason, it features a locking mechanism at 180 degrees.
Additionally, we offer the option to choose a round version of the rotary platform. This variant takes up less diagonal space than the rectangular model and is therefore ideal for locations with limited space.

For handling particularly heavy loads, we recommend equipping the rotary platform with its own drive. This allows you to effortlessly rotate the workpiece to the desired position at the push of a button.
Choose between an electric or a hydraulic drive and decide whether you want a left-rotating or right-rotating platform. By default, the rotary platform stops every 90 degrees, but other positions can be approached upon your request.
Load capacity of the rotary platform
The specified maximum load always refers to a central loading of the platform. The load capacity decreases with eccentric loading.
Since our scissor lift tables with rectangular rotating platforms often experience off-center loads depending on the position of the rotary platform, our lift tables with rotary platforms are designed to withstand such types of loading.
