Our hydraulic lift tables are used wherever physically demanding tasks need to be made easier – for example in production, assembly or quality control. In many cases, standard solutions are sufficient. However, additional functions are sometimes required to achieve even greater efficiency and ergonomics. This project example demonstrates exactly that.
The scissor lift table with rotating platform shown here is used by a renowned manufacturer of riveting tools and rivets. It supports manual quality control at the end of a fully automated production line.
At regular intervals, finished products are randomly selected and subjected to intensive testing. After testing, the inspected components are placed in boxes on a Euro pallet that stands directly on the lift table.
The special feature: The platform can be rotated 180°. Once one half of the pallet is full, a simple rotation is all it takes to make the other side of the pallet ergonomically accessible. This eliminates the need for awkward maneuvering around the pallet or repeated bending and stretching.
The combination of lifting and rotating functions makes handling the products much easier and ensures an ergonomic workplace. This reduces strain on employees and speeds up processes. In addition, the lift table can be flexibly integrated into existing processes and adapted to specific requirements.
Conclusion: The lift-and-rotate device shows how targeted accessories can turn a simple lift table into an ergonomic and process-oriented solution – for greater efficiency and health in everyday work.
