Application description of the lift table
The lift table is part of a custom system and is used for setting up a machine.
To facilitate the insertion of heavy tools, the lift table must be capable of moving horizontally by 250 mm. This movement is enabled by a cylinder on the lower frame. The movement is guided by a rail with four polyamide slide blocks attached to the lower frame. To handle the forces generated by the shifting cylinder, the lower frame is additionally reinforced with a bracket.
Furthermore, the speed can be adjusted via an integrated throttle. To prevent any collision with the client's system, it is not possible to raise or lower the lift table during the horizontal movement.
Safety features of the scissor lift table
The scissor lift table is equipped with all necessary safety features. These include pipe rupture protection in the cylinder, a lowering brake valve, a pressure relief valve, maintenance supports and toe protection safety strips.
