A scissor lift table is a lifting device in which a platform is raised and lowered using a scissor mechanism.
Scissor lift tables enable heavy loads to be safely positioned and moved between different height levels. They are primarily used in production, assembly and logistics, for example to create ergonomic workstations, in production facilities or for loading and unloading.
Typical loads include workpieces, pallets, machinery and other heavy goods.
Scissor lift tables can be adapted to different operating and installation conditions. Load capacity, lifting height and platform dimensions are designed to meet the specific requirements.
Various equipment options are also available. These include bellows, guardrails, rotating platforms and tilting devices.

Our scissor lift tables are hydraulically driven – and for good reason: hydraulic drives are well suited to lifting heavy loads and are robust and relatively low-maintenance.
Another advantage is the flexible positioning of the hydraulic power unit. It can be installed separately from the lift table and, depending on the design, can also be used for additional hydraulic functions.

Depending on the configuration, our scissor lift tables are equipped with various safety features. Standard equipment includes, for example, a safety edge under the platform, hose rupture valves in the hydraulic cylinders, maintenance supports and hold-to-run controls.
Depending on the application and installation conditions, additional safety features can be provided. These include guardrails, platform locks, roll-off protection systems and slip-resistant platform surfaces.
The specific safety equipment is determined according to the individual configuration and project requirements.
The cost of a scissor lift table depends on the specific configuration and project requirements. Key factors include load capacity, lifting height and platform dimensions, as well as the required equipment.
The installation conditions and any special design requirements can also affect the price. Additional features such as rotating platforms, roller conveyors or other equipment options are taken into account when designing the lift table.

Are Our Scissor Lift Tables Suitable for Outdoor Use?
Our scissor lift tables can be designed for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor operation, the construction and equipment can be adapted to the specific environmental conditions. This can include corrosion protection and appropriate design of the electrical and hydraulic systems.

Do We Also Offer Mobile or Relocatable Scissor Lift Tables?
Yes. Depending on the requirements, both relocatable and mobile versions are available. Relocatable lift tables can, for example, be equipped with a raised base frame or forklift pockets. For applications where the lift table needs to be moved regularly, mobile versions are available.

Will I Receive an Approval Drawing Before Production?
Yes. Before production begins, you will receive an approval drawing showing the relevant technical specifications and dimensions of the scissor lift table. Depending on the project, it may also include information about the intended installation conditions.
Is a CAD Model of the Scissor Lift Table Available?
Yes. Once the order and design phase have been completed, we can provide CAD data for the scissor lift table on request. Common formats include STEP, DXF, DWG and IFC.
This allows the lift table to be integrated into existing planning documents or system layouts.
How Are Delivery and Installation Handled?
Delivery and installation are coordinated according to the configuration of the scissor lift table and the conditions on site. On request, our installation team can carry out the installation and commissioning. For suitable configurations, installation by the client is also possible.
If installation is carried out by us, the necessary site information will be coordinated in advance.
Which Countries Do We Deliver Scissor Lift Tables To?
We deliver scissor lift tables throughout the European Union and to Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries are assessed on a project-specific basis upon request.
Where Do We Offer Installation for Our Scissor Lift Tables?
Our installation service is available throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries. The specific scope of services is agreed according to the individual project.
What Warranty Do We Offer?
Our scissor lift tables come with a standard 24-month warranty when used within the EU. With a suitable maintenance contract, this can be extended to up to 60 months.
Are Spare Parts Available for Our Scissor Lift Tables?
Yes. As the manufacturer, we can produce various mechanical components ourselves and also keep commonly used components in stock. The availability and delivery time of specific spare parts depend on the individual component.
Can I Visit Janzen Lifttechnik's Production Facility?
Yes. A visit to our production facility in Niederlangen can be arranged in advance. This gives you the opportunity to see our manufacturing processes and lift table solutions currently in production for yourself.
