Industrial work platform with a difference

Unlike conventional, autonomously operating models, this industrial work platform is specifically designed to function as part of a larger system. It extends about 1.5 meters beyond the edge of the facility, offering a unique, partially cantilevered design. This type of installation requires not only a stable construction but also careful consideration of the tipping moment. Therefore, the industrial work platform is accordingly supported over the subframe.

The platform is tailored to the cramped space conditions of the customer's facility, with a width of only 928 mm and a length of nearly 2 meters.

As mentioned earlier, we did not supply the complete industrial work platform, but only the scissor lift table as the base. The mobile work basket was mounted by the customer themselves. 
Underneath the work basket is a rail that allows the basket to extend up to 2.5 meters beyond the fixed bearing, resulting in a cantilevered load. To adequately support this cantilevered load, we designed the subframe to be extra sturdy.

Especially in high-temperature areas, the correct choice of materials is crucial. Therefore, the lift table is equipped with special heat-resistant hoses. These hoses are designed to withstand extreme temperatures and minimize the risk of heat damage.

Additionally, the industrial work platform does not have an autonomous control. The wiring on the terminal strip serves as the interface to the customer's higher-level control system. To facilitate cable routing for control, a total of four energy chains were installed on the lift table. Additionally, we have integrated appropriate sensors for approaching intermediate positions.
