In addition to the standard equipment, our dock lift table offers numerous additional features specifically designed for loading platforms:
- Loading flaps: A typical feature are the loading flaps, which bridge the gap between the truck and the loading platform, thus enabling safe and smooth transport of goods.
- Galvanisation: The platform, the structures and the subframe are galvanised to provide optimal protection against weather conditions. The control system also has an IP65 rating to protect against water jets.
- Use of biodegradable oil: To minimize environmental impact in the event of a leakage, we often use biodegradable oil, especially for lift tables used outdoors.
- Removable railings: The railings on the long sides of the lift table are removable to allow the platform to be driven over in the lowest lifting position. The wheel load capacity of our standard model is 1 ton, but it can be adapted for higher loads.
For additional safety, the electrical interlock system of the railings ensures that the dock lift table does not raise unless the railings are properly inserted. - Under-run protection: Additionally, the hazard area under the platform is protected by wire mesh on the sides to prevent unauthorized access to this area.
