In modern production and storage environments, fully automated conveyor systems are often essential for economical material flow. This is also the case here. Our client has opted for a chain conveyor to efficiently store palletized goods. Since the transport occurs across multiple levels, our lift table is used to compensate for height differences.
Lift table for the installation of a chain conveyor
Our lift table is equipped with a powered chain conveyor, which is securely mounted on the platform using side attachment plates. The chain conveyor itself has a dead weight of about 400 kg. The scissor lift table has a total load capacity of 1,600 kg, allowing goods weighing up to 1,200 kg to be transported effortlessly.
Electrical engineering features
Our scissor lift platform, an integral part of a fully automated conveyor system, features some unique electrical engineering characteristics.
Since the table operates in a secured area, the switch rail for foot pinch protection can be omitted, making the lift table more cost-effective.
For integration into the client-side control system, potential-free contacts are provided, enabling seamless integration into the customer's programmable logic controller (PLC).
Additionally, the lift table is capable of reaching three different levels. The lower lifting position is mechanically limited by positioning bolts, while the upper position is fully extended against pressure. The challenge lies in maintaining the intermediate positions over time. For this purpose, a catch-up control system is integrated: should the lift table lower due to compression of the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic unit immediately pumps more oil to restore the intermediate position promptly.
A bypass valve assists in precisely positioning the lift table by creeping speed.
Designed for performance
Our lift table is specifically designed for high cycle rates, executing up to 40 double strokes per hour. This allows for efficient and continuous material and goods flow within the conveyor system. To withstand the heavy use, the scissor bearings of the lift table are designed to be re-lubricated.
Regular greasing of the bearings significantly increases the lifespan of the lift table.

The installation is carried out quickly and professionally, allowing you to immediately utilize your new investment.
As with all equipment, regular maintenance is essential for hydraulic lift tables. This should always be performed by trained, skilled personnel.
