For lift tables used in the food industry, it is crucial that all surfaces that come into contact with food are particularly easy to clean. This ensures that strict hygiene standards can be maintained.
Our lift table is specifically designed for use in environments where hygiene and easy cleaning are of utmost importance. The subframe and platform are made of stainless steel, a material known not only for its hygienic properties but also for its corrosion resistance. This choice ensures that the lift table can withstand the demanding conditions in the food industry.
For economic reasons, the scissor of the lift table is made of structural steel. Although it is normally protected by the platform during operation, it still comes into contact with cleaning water. To ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance, we have opted for galvanization.
Not only the mechanical components of our scissor lift table are protected against splashing water, but the controls are as well. To ensure trouble-free operation under harsh conditions, we have designed the entire electrical system according to IP65 protection standards.
Additionally, the subframe of our lift table is elevated. This design prevents dirt and debris from accumulating beneath the scissor lift table, as the area below the lift table is much easier to clean.
