Optimization of production processes
MM Innovaprint GmbH, a leading manufacturer of packaging for confectionery, cigarettes, and food, uses advanced technologies to enhance their production efficiency. After printing the sheets, some of the packaging is punched out. To minimize setup times and promote ergonomic work, the company has integrated a specially made double scissor lift table into its production process.
A rack with several storage compartments is mounted on the platform of the scissor lift table, holding various templates for the punch press. Thanks to the lift table, the required compartment can be raised to an ergonomically optimal working height, allowing the templates to be easily removed and safely replaced after use.
Special features of the double scissor lift table
Compact design
The lift table is characterized by its particularly compact design, with a platform width of only 600 mm. Despite its narrow construction, the solid anchoring of the underframe with adhesive anchors in the concrete floor ensures high stability and eliminates the risk of tipping during operation.
Robust surface protection
Hot-dip galvanization is always an option when lift tables are used outdoors. In this case, the customer has chosen a hot-dip galvanized platform and underframe for surface protection, even though the double scissor lift table is installed inside a production hall. The reason is the significantly higher resistance of the hot-dip galvanized surface to mechanical stress. This effectively prevents chipping that could be caused by the constant load on the lift table.
