The construction
Giving shape to the lift table
To avoid misunderstandings, our design department creates an approval drawing of the desired lift table or goods lift before the actual start of production. This gives the customer the opportunity to grasp the later implementation not only in text form but also as a 3D model or in the subsequent installation situation. This way, misunderstandings can be eliminated early on, and requests for changes can be incorporated. Thus, we ensure that we do not develop something that misses the customer's needs.
As soon as we have the customer's okay, we can start the actual production process. Here again, our designer starts the process, who will create all the necessary manufacturing documents from the 3D model. The work begins with the classic manufacturing drawings and extends to packing lists, cutting lists, & Co.
Technical product designer (m/f/d) - machinery and plant construction
Your tasks:
- Creation of manufacturing drawings
- Preparation of production documents
- Creation of simple assemblies
- General office tasks
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a technical product designer (m/f/d)
- Ideally, experience with Autodesk Inventor
- Proficient in Office software (Excel, Word)

Your tasks:
- Assembly of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies
- Commissioning scissor lift tables, column lifts etc. at the customer's premises
- Carrying out minor electrical work (e.g. connecting sensors)
- Fault diagnosis and rectification
- Carrying out maintenance work
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
- Good practical and manual skills
- At best, you already have several years of experience in the assembly of mechanical assemblies
- Previous hydraulic and electrical knowledge is desirable
- You have a class B driving license

- Alignment and straightening of components and assemblies before and after welding
Your profile:
- You have a completed vocational training as a structural steel fitter (m/f/d)
- At best, you already have several years of experience in the manufacture of steel structures

- Steels with a minimum yield strength between 275 N/mm² and 360 N/mm²
- Testing and measuring machined workpieces
- Welding positions: PA, PB, PC, PF, (PH)
Your profile:
- At best, you have the necessary welding certificates
- At best, you have completed vocational training in the metal sector
- At best, you already have several years of experience as a welder and are skilled in manual welding processes
- Authorization for other welding processes, positions and materials is desirable
