Multifunctional work lift table for transformer manufacturing
Our work lift table plays a central role in the manufacturing of transformers, which are used in wind turbines, among other applications. The transformer laminations are placed on one side of the rotating platform, to be removed step by step and integrated into the transformer. Then, the platform is rotated by 180 degrees, reloaded, and the remaining laminations are installed. Thanks to the convenient extension feature, the removal of the laminations is significantly facilitated.
Additionally, the scissor lift table is equipped with a chassis with fixed and swivel casters, making it versatile in its applications. An integrated parking brake ensures a stable position during assembly work. The height of the table can also be adjusted, greatly enhancing ergonomics at the workplace.

Operation and secure fixation of the extension
The extension of our lift table is manually operated. It features electric indexing and engages every 50 mm into a specially designed perforated rail. Secure fixation is ensured by a high-quality lock, preventing accidental movement of the rotating platform.
Manually rotatable platform
Our manually controlled rotating platform enables endless rotation. A key safety feature is the zero position detection, which is performed before any lifting or lowering operation of the scissor lift table: The scissor lift table can only be moved when the turntable is locked at 180°. This significantly minimizes the risk of pinching.
