What Is a Work Lift Table and Why Is It Useful?
A work lift table is a height-adjustable workstation that allows workpieces, components or goods to be easily raised to the optimal working height. The hydraulic drive of our work lift tables provides continuous height adjustment and ensures that even heavy loads can be reliably raised to the required height.
Instead of adapting to the height of the workpiece, the working position can be adjusted to suit the operator and the task at hand. This reduces unnecessary bending, stretching and working in awkward postures – particularly when handling heavy components and carrying out repetitive tasks. A work lift table therefore supports ergonomic working while also helping to improve process efficiency.
Typical applications include assembly, production, shipping and packaging.
What Equipment Options Are Available for a Work Lift Table?
Our work lift tables can be adapted to the specific application and workflow with a range of equipment options:
- Mobile base with castors and brakes for flexible use at different workstations
- Roller conveyor on the platform for transferring workpieces or goods and integration into existing conveyor systems
- Rotating platform for easy rotation and positioning of components, workpieces or goods

Work Lift Table as an All-Rounder

Work Lift Table as an Assembly Aid
During assembly work, work lift tables allow workpieces and components to be raised to the optimal working height. Particularly when handling heavy or large components, continuous height adjustment provides ergonomic positioning and makes assembly easier.
Our work lift tables can be designed for load capacities of up to 10,000 kg and individually adapted to the specific application with platforms in a range of lengths and widths.
A raised base frame provides additional legroom at the workstation. If required, the scissor lift tables can also be accessed from underneath with a forklift or pallet truck, lifted and easily moved to another work area.
Work Lift Table as a Welding Table
If a work lift table is to be used as a welding table, additional design measures are required. These include an earthing cable between the base frame and platform, which provides a defined return path for the welding current. Other components are also incorporated into the equipotential bonding system to prevent unwanted welding currents from passing through sensitive components of the lift table.
An earthing point on the base frame allows the welding equipment to be connected directly to the lift table.
Welding spatter, sparks and increased dust levels must also be taken into account in the design. The hydraulic power unit, piston rod, hydraulic hoses and electrical cables are therefore mechanically protected by enclosures. A high-pressure filter in the P-line provides additional protection for the hydraulic components against contamination.
Work Lift Table for Shipping and Packaging
In shipping and packaging, packages of different sizes and weights need to be handled. A work lift table allows them to be raised to a suitable height for the task at hand – for example, for packaging, order picking or transfer to subsequent processes.
For use at different workstations, our work lift tables can be equipped with castors and brakes. This allows the lift table to be moved easily and secured against unintended movement at the respective workstation.
A roller conveyor on the platform makes it easier to transfer packages and allows the work lift table to be integrated into existing conveyor systems.

Can I obtain a CAD model of the work lift table?
Yes. Once the order has been placed and the design phase completed, we can provide you with CAD data for the work lift table. Common formats include STEP, DXF and DWG.

The delivery time depends on the individual configuration and our current production capacity. We will provide you with the expected delivery date as part of the quotation or order process.
Which countries do we deliver work lift tables to?
We deliver work lift tables throughout the European Union and to Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries are assessed on a project-specific basis upon request.
How long is the warranty on my work lift table?
Our work lift tables come with a standard 24-month warranty when used within the EU. With a suitable maintenance contract, this can be extended to up to 60 months.
