Lift table with rail-bound travelling mechanism

A distinctive feature immediately catches the eye: the rail wheels on the subframe. These allow the lift table to be moved along a customer-provided track.

Our scissor lift tables: Customized solutions for tube processing

Our scissor lift tables specifically facilitate the processing of tubes with diameters ranging from 18 to 30 inches, whose lengths can vary greatly. To enable flexible positioning on an existing rail system, the underframe is equipped with four double-flanged wheels. This design allows the tables to be moved smoothly.

The counterpart to the mobile lift tables has a fixed height and is equipped with a rotary drive to work on the tubes from any side. The lift function of the platform ensures that the tubes are kept horizontal during processing. While it would have been possible to adjust the platform's caster wheels, this was not necessary due to the existing tube diameters.

The special features of the scissor lift tables in detail

Rail chassis with double-flanged wheels

Our lift tables were specifically designed for use with the customer's existing rail system. The selection of the type of wheels and the gauge was based on the local conditions.
Since the scissor lift tables are only moved when unloaded, a rail chassis without its own drive was sufficient. The low friction between metal and metal and the rolling bearings of the flanged wheels allow the lift tables to be moved with very little effort.

Vulkollan® fixed castors as load handling device

As previously mentioned, the scissor lift platforms are used as supports for holding pipes. Vulkollan® fixed castors on the platform serve as the load handling device. The castors are equipped with rolling bearings to minimize resistance during the movement of the pipe. Additionally, the Vulkollan® running surface offers outstanding resistance to wear.
